All of our cases can be customised to display your products to assist in a sales situation. From injection moulded, ABS or aluminium cases. Foam interiors will hold your items in position using either a routing technique or die cutting.

Various types of foams are available as follows:

POLYESTER: HLB (High load bearing) polyester foam is ideal for die cutting. It can be left in it's plain grey state or we can bond brushed nylon material to the top face available in black, red grey and blue.

PLASTAZOTE: Plastazote is a closed cell, semi rigid, flame retardant foam off approx 45kg/M3 and is made from low density polyethylene. It provides an excellent base for heavy equipment. Available in dark grey as standard or colours to special order. It is ideal for routing to your items shape or lining the case.

DISPLAY PLATES: We can supply either ABS or steel suspended plates if you wish to mount your items onto a rigid surface. Ideal for working electronics.
